Webalizer
Old, almost unmaintained, badly supported by distributions. Has been used on fh for years. Will truncate ipv6 address and aggregate them all under the ip "2001" or "2002" (the very start of the ipv6 address). There are reports that the information provided by webalizer is not accurate. The configuration is tricky.

Mostly ugly, though some graphics are great. The web page is dated 2006 and they do not provide the date of release. Probably outdated.
Analog
Analog has not had an official release since the December of 2004. The original author moved on to commercial traffic analysis. (source:wp). Source code is obfuscated on purpose.
